iMaXX MTX Series 70-V Automotive Fuses

New to our product range is the MTX-series mitoxOTO from the Dutch manufacturer iMaXX. These high-performance, robust 70-V automotive fuses were specifically developed to meet the diverse requirements of modern vehicle architectures. A total of eleven variants are available, covering a wide range of rated currents from 30 A to 200 A. This allows for flexible and reliable protection of various circuits and devices. Particularly noteworthy is the high breaking capacity of 2,500 A at 70 V DC. Even during high load peaks and short circuits, the current is safely interrupted, thereby protecting sensitive on-board electronics.

The fuses measure 48 mm × 12.7 mm × 8.2 mm and are housed in a heat- and chemical-resistant PA66 enclosure. They are also color-coded and labeled with the respective current rating, providing a quick overview inside the vehicle. M6 screw terminals made of tin-plated copper alloy with a 36 mm pitch are used for installation, with a recommended tightening torque of 6 Nm ± 1 Nm.

In addition to RoHS requirements, the MTX series complies with international specifications and the ISO 20934 standard for fuses in 48-V automotive electrical systems. Furthermore, iMaXX will soon launch a compatible fuse holder for automotive fuses.
