Quality builds trust
Every single one of our 150 employees and 20 trainees is committed to this guiding principle. As a medium-sized company with a consistent quality management system in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001:2015, we have been certified for almost 15 years with above-average results. This ensures the maintenance of our high-quality standards and the continuous improvement of our customer-orientated processes and services – that's our claim.
Living innovation
As an independent family-owned business we embrace tradition while continuously reinventing ourselves over the past 60 years. By adopting cutting-edge technologies, we strengthen our commitment to delivering better, faster and more reliable service to our customers. Schukat is proud to be the world's first midsize company to use SAP NetWeaver Business Warehouse, powered by SAP HANA. Teamed with Celonis Process Mining, this integration empowers us to visualize every operational process in real-time, identifying inefficiencies while simultaneously unlocking further potential.
Sustainability & Responsibility
We want to play an active role in shaping a sustainable future, alongside strengthening our distribution and logistics expertise.
By utilizing our photovoltaic system, we've achieved 65 % self-sustainability for our warehouse. Additionally, efforts are underway to transition the entire site to carbon-neutral energy, a goal we aim to achieve in the coming years. This reflects our ongoing commitment to reducing our carbon footprint.
For over three decades, we have been involved in various educational initiatives worldwide, such as building a school and college in Zimbabwe, supporting education for underprivileged children and youth in northern Brazil, as well as funding schools and projects in Monheim am Rhein, along with research projects at universities across Germany.
