Schukat electronic Vertriebs GmbH (Schukat) actively follows the REACH requirements and has identified its duties and obligations to the best of its knowledge and belief. Therefore, all suppliers are contractually obligated to comply with the requirements of the REACH Regulation (as manufacturers or importers). We fully support the goal of the REACH Regulation to improve the protection of human health and the environment.

Schukat electronic Vertriebs GmbH is neither a manufacturer nor an importer of substances and mixtures according to Article 3 of the REACH Regulation and does not place such products on the market. Our product portfolio consists only of articles. As a result, the products we place on the market are not subject to registration requirements under the REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006. As a retailer or distributor, Schukat can only rely on the information provided by the respective manufacturers/suppliers when passing on relevant information and cannot guarantee or warrant the accuracy of this information. In particular, no legal claims arising from the use of this information can be established.

For articles that contain substances of very high concern (SVHC), we communicate the name of the hazardous substance within the supply chain in accordance with Article 33 to ensure the safe handling of the product. If any of our articles contain SVHC above the concentration threshold of 0.1%, this information can be found on our order confirmation, invoice, or delivery note.

Furthermore, a notice can be found in the "Compliance" section on the respective product detail page for these articles.
