New FMB and QHB Series Battery Packs from MEAN WELL Europe

We are expanding our product range with Li-Ion and LiFePO battery packs from MEAN WELL Europe’s FMB and QHB series. With capacities of up to 70Ah and the option to connect multiple packs in parallel, both series provide an optimal solution for indoor and outdoor applications with high capacity requirements.
Key features of both series include: Thanks to their modular design, they can be offered with different connector types. The BMS integrates an automatic on/off function and has no standby power consumption. A data logger provides battery parameter information via the optional CANBus interface or Bluetooth connectivity using the free “Charged By Mean Well” app for iOS and Android. Charging and discharging data is used to optimize battery performance and service life. MEAN WELL offers a 2-year warranty on all models.
The QHB series consists of lithium iron phosphate (LiFePO₄) and lithium-ion battery packs with three nominal voltages for 12V, 24V, and 48V systems, and capacities of 33.8Ah, 62.4Ah, and up to 70Ah. The packs can be mounted in any orientation. Measuring 197 × 167 × 296.5 mm and weighing 10.8 kg, they are housed in a robust plastic enclosure (IP67) and designed for use in industrial, marine, e-mobility, and portable power supply applications.
The FMB series consists of lithium-ion battery packs with two nominal voltages for 24V and 48V systems, and capacities ranging from 33.8Ah and 43.5Ah up to 70.2Ah. They are scalable up to 16 units in parallel and designed for hot-swapping. The automatic master/slave CAN protocol integrates a virtual master. An optional battery heater is available. Measuring 265 × 74 × 410 mm and weighing 10.2 kg, the packs feature efficient electronics that allow storage for up to 2 years without recharging.
These battery packs are ideal for e-mobility, industrial applications, and energy storage systems.
