Now Available in Our Portfolio: RACPRO1 DIN-Rail Power Supplies from RECOM

The RACPRO1 series of DIN-rail power supplies from RECOM are now available from stock. Key application areas include industrial automation and smart manufacturing, renewable energy and microgrids, infrastructure and transportation technology, power generation and distribution, battery storage systems, as well as test and measurement equipment.

The 24V and 48V power supplies in the T240, T480, and T960 series offer a wide universal input voltage range of 3x320V to 3x575V AC and 430V to 850V DC, with power ratings of 240W, 480W, and 960W. With an efficiency of up to 97.1%, the compact designs—measuring only 43 mm, 52 mm, and 80 mm wide—allow for high packing density in control cabinets. Low power loss contributes to a service life exceeding 80,000 hours.

Models T480 and T960 include an LED load indicator, displaying real-time output power. A mode selector switch allows the user to choose between standard operation with 150% power boost, battery charging mode with constant current characteristics, and parallel operation with passive current sharing. The 25°-angled push-in terminals are maintenance-free and can be operated tool-free.

The RACPRO1-4SP series consists of 4-channel electronic circuit breakers featuring independent overcurrent protection, real-time current monitoring, and LED status indication. Each channel operates independently to ensure system reliability in the event of a fault. Additional features include sequential startup to limit inrush current, reverse shutdown for prioritizing critical loads, and configurable overload modes.

All product variants are RoHS-compliant and certified according to international safety standards IEC/EN/UL 62368-1, IEC/EN/UL 61010-1, and IEC/EN/UL/CSA 61010-2-201. Electromagnetic emissions meet the industrial standard EN 61000-6-4 Class B, and immunity conforms to EN 61000-6-2.
