Now available: iMaXX L-JLP series bolt-down fuses – new in our product range!

We’re expanding our assortment with block fuses from the L-JLP japOTO series by our long-standing partner iMaXX B.V. These types are suitable for vehicles of Japanese, European, American, and Korean origin.

Designed for applications up to 58 V DC and rated currents from 20 A to 60 A, they feature a robust, self-extinguishing housing measuring 12.1 mm x 10 mm x 15.9 mm (L x W x H). The fuse body is made from high-temperature-resistant plastic and includes durable copper alloy terminals.These automotive fuses offer a reliable and controlled time-delay function thanks to specially engineered fuse elements, which are enhanced with a diffusion bead. This bead lowers the melting point, allowing for precise operation. The breaking capacity of the fuse is 1,000 A.The series is RoHS-compliant and certified according to ISO 8820-4 and JASO D612 standards, the latter being particularly relevant for block fuses used in Japanese vehicles. Thanks to the transparent cover, the internal elements are visible from above, and the rated current is color-coded according to the mentioned ISO standard.

These fuses are not limited to automotive use, they're also a smart choice for PCB applications. By placing two parallel 6.3 mm flat connectors on the PCB, a simple and cost-effective socket can be created, allowing the fuses to be easily inserted. The new fuses are available from stock now.
