Safety Systems and ADAS: PerFET MOSFETs support lane-keeping assist, adaptive cruise control, collision warning systems, and pedestrian detection—enhancing occupant safety and helping to prevent accidents.

Currently available are 40 V, 80 V, and 100 V series—We offer the 40 V versions directly from stock, while other voltage options are available on request. A 60 V version is currently in development.
