New Hongfa HFD2 2A print relay series now available

We are expanding our product range to include the HFD2 2A relay series from Hongfa. These subminiature DIP relays feature a coil nominal voltage of 12 VDC and a maximum contact current of 3A. The coil resistance is 960 Ω, with a minimum coil voltage of 9.6 VDC and a maximum of 27.7 VDC, and a response time of 4.5 ms. With a power consumption of 150 mW at the nominal coil voltage, they are highly sensitive. The maximum contact current is 3A, and the contact resistance is 100 mΩ (at 10 mA, 30 mVDC). They stand out with a high switching capacity of 125 VA/90 W.

With a dielectric strength of 1,400 VAC (1 minute) between coil and contacts for single-coil versions, 1,000 VAC (1 minute) for double-coil versions, and 1,000 VAC (1 minute) between contacts, the series offers excellent insulation properties.

These relays, with external dimensions of 20.2 x 10.2 x 10.6 mm, are equipped with bifurcated contacts. Versions with epoxy encapsulation for automatic wave soldering and cleaning are available, along with both single-stable and latching types. All variants are compatible with 16-pin standard IC sockets.

The HFD2 2A relay series is RoHS-compliant and TÜV-certified.
