Portfolio Expansion: Installation Contactors from Finder

We are adding the 22.64 series installation contactors from Finder to our product range. These contactors are designed for switching very high inrush currents of up to 240A (5 ms) at the normally open (NO) contacts, making them ideal for lamp loads.

Typical applications include lighting control in hotel rooms, street lighting, parking lot and garage lighting, bathroom and office lighting control, as well as pump control systems.

The contactors are available with standard control voltages of 24 V or 230 V AC/DC. Due to their virtually silent operation, they are well-suited for use in quiet environments. The bridge contacts feature a contact gap of 3 mm for both NO and NC contacts.

They are offered in configurations with either 4 normally open contacts or 3 normally open contacts and 1 normally closed contact. All variants come with a mechanical position indicator. The input protection circuit includes a varistor, and the dielectric strength between coil and contacts is rated at 6 kV. With compact dimensions of 95.8 mm x 53.5 mm x 63.1 mm (L x W x H), the Finder installation contactors are designed for DIN rail mounting (EN 60715), with connections made via cage clamp terminals.

These contactors are certified to CE, EAC, UKCA, and cULus standards, are RoHS-compliant, and meet the global safety requirements of DIN EN 61095:2009 and DIN EN 45545-2 + A1:2016. The series offers IP20 protection and is available from stock starting at quantities of just one piece.
