Finder 22 Series Installation Relays

We are expanding our portfolio with the 20 A installation relay from Finder’s 22 Series.
Thanks to its robust design and technical specifications, this relay is an ideal choice for lighting control in commercial buildings, pump control in industrial environments, energy management systems in hotels, as well as for garden and street lighting applications.

With dimensions of 84 mm x 17.4 mm x 58.4 mm (L x W x H), the power relay is designed for mounting on a 35 mm DIN rail (EN 60715), and features screw terminals for quick and easy installation and maintenance. The relay is available with one or two contact configurations: the 22.21 version has one normally open contact, the 22.22 has two normally open contacts, and the 22.23 features one normally open and one normally closed contact. A test button allows manual switching of the contacts.

The contact material is made of cadmium-free, heat-resistant AgSnO₂ (silver tin oxide), making the relay suitable, according to the manufacturer, for use in environments with ambient temperatures of up to +40 °C.

The power relay is available in rated voltages of 12 VDC, 24 VDC, and 230 VAC. According to Finder, it can handle a continuous current of up to 20 A. The maximum inrush current is specified at 30 A, with a maximum switching voltage of 400 VAC and a switching capacity of 5 kVA. The pull-in time (coil energization to contact closure) is just 15 ms, while the release time is only 8 ms. The maximum voltage between coil and contacts is 4 kV (1.2/50 μs).

The 22 Series meets CE, UK, CA, and EAC certifications, is RoHS-compliant, and offers IP20 protection. The relay is available from stock starting at just one piece.
