Annex II of the RoHS Directive amended 

On 4 June 2015, an amendment to Annex II of the RoHS Directive was published in the official journal of the European Union. The substances restricted under the provisions of the 2011/65/EU RoHS Directive for electrical and electronic devices introduced to the European Union market – lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chrome, polybrominated biphenyls (PBB), and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) – have been extended to include four additional substances.
In future, the following restrictions will apply:

Lead (0.1%)
Mercury (0.1%)
Cadmium (0.01%)
Hexavalent chromium (0.1%)
Polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) (0.1%)
Polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDE) (0.1%)

Newly added substances:

Bis (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP) (0.1%)
Butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP) (0.1%)
Dibutyl phthalate (DBP) (0.1%)
Diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP) (0.1%)

The amended Directive will come into force from 22 July 2019. For medical devices (including in vitro medical devices), and monitoring and control instruments, the restrictions apply from 22 July 2021.
