Dodd-Frank Act (Conflict Minerals)
General Information
The Dodd-Frank Act, California Proposition 65 (CalProp65), and the Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) are U.S. regulations that do not impose any legal obligations on Schukat electronic Vertriebs GmbH as a German company.
The EU Conflict Minerals Regulation specifically targets importers of minerals and metals into the European Union.
Schukat is not an importer of minerals and metals into the EU—commonly referred to as conflict minerals—and is therefore not directly affected by Regulation (EU) 2017/821.

Furthermore, Schukat is not a producer of electronic components and is therefore not in a position to provide detailed information about the full material content of the products it distributes.
Only the manufacturers of electronic components and products are able to provide the data necessary for accurate information regarding substances subject to global and national restrictions.
