Schukat API – Get prices and availability in real time

The Schukat Price and Availability API provides real-time data on prices and stock levels for your desired parts via standardised web services (SOAP).

Using well-known industry standards such as https, XML and JSON, developers, purchasers and systems can automatically access the latest Schukat price and stock data – ideal for ERP systems, purchasing software or your own applications.

A single SOAP request can contain one or more SKUs or MPNs (max. 25 part numbers) and returns a maximum of 25 hits per part number, including price and stock information.

Getting started with the API interface

1. Request API access: To access the API, you need your individual API access data and your API key. We will provide registered Schukat customers with this access data by email after they have submitted the API registration form.

2. Plan integration: If necessary, develop your own application or use a third-party provider to query the API interface. We currently work with the BOM software providers ETIT Systems (SMART SEARCH) and CircuitByte (BOMconnector).

3. Start API requests: Start by querying price and stock information.
