New SUNON equipment fans for cooling technology

With the new Eco EC fan CF4207 from SUNON, we are expanding our fan portfolio with an environmentally friendly and energy-efficient model. As the successor to the discontinued CF2207 type, it is specifically designed to meet the high demands of large commercial food refrigeration units in the retail sector. Thanks to its dimensions (250 × 77.4 mm), the equipment fan can be operated at fixed speeds in two different speed stages. The fan is suitable for both 115 VAC and 230 VAC operation. This allows reduced energy consumption under partial load while providing maximum cooling performance under full load.

Thanks to its glass-fiber-reinforced thermoplastic design, the Eco EC fan weighs only 900 g. The low weight simplifies installation and minimizes vibrations. By using a DC motor, power consumption is reduced by up to 80% compared to conventional AC fans. In addition, the equipment fan features low noise emission (nominal 53.4 dB(A)) and delivers a free-air airflow of 744 m³/h. The axial fan offers a long service life of up to 70,000 hours (at an average of 40 °C and 15–65% RH). Furthermore, it operates reliably at ambient temperatures ranging from −40 to +50 °C, whereas the standard SUNON specification is typically −10 °C. It can be stored at a relative humidity of 5 to 95% RH. The fan is optionally available with protection ratings from IP21 to IP55. SUNON's CF4207 is available from stock with immediate effect.
