RACPRO1-S DIN Rail Power Supplies from RECOM

We are adding the compact and high-performance RACPRO1-S DIN rail power supplies from RECOM to our portfolio. The units are available in three versions with nominal power ratings of 120 W, 240 W, and 480 W and are ideally suited for industrial applications, including factory and building automation, power distribution, test and measurement, infrastructure, as well as data and telecommunications.

Designed for ambient temperatures from −40 °C to +60 °C, the power supplies operate with pure convection cooling and achieve efficiencies of up to 95%. For peak loads, a 150% power boost is available for up to five seconds. The input voltage range is 85–277 VAC or 88–370 VDC and includes active inrush current limitation. With dimensions of 100 mm × 112 mm × 28 mm, the RACPRO1-S120 is the smallest DIN rail power supply on the market and achieves a power density of 500 W/liter. Adjustable output voltages of 12 V, 24 V, or 48 V are available, while no-load power consumption is limited to a maximum of 0.3 W.  The RACPRO1-S240 AC/DC power supply features an integrated ORing diode, enabling parallel connection of multiple units for n+1 redundancy or power-sharing applications. The RACPRO1-S480, as the most powerful variant, offers the choice between constant current and parallel operation. The push-in terminals mounted at a 25° angle are maintenance-free and allow simple tool-free installation. Built according to Protection Class I, the DIN rail power supplies feature a DC-OK signal for status monitoring and are protected against overload, short circuit, overvoltage, and reverse energy loads such as braking motors and inductors.

All product variants are RoHS compliant and certified according to the global safety standards IEC/EN/UL 61010-1 and IEC/EN/UL/CSA 61010-2-201. In addition, they comply with the EN 61000-6-4 Class B emission standard for heavy industrial environments and the EN 61000-6-2 immunity standard. Designed for long service life, the components are supplied with a 3-year manufacturer’s warranty.
