Under the motto “Turning Components into Solutions,” we will showcase selected customer applications at electronica 2026 in the fields of power supplies, battery solutions, displays & HMI, sensor technology, interconnect technology and thermal management.
The applications on display also demonstrate the breadth of our services: We support our customers with component selection and design-in, provide direct access to manufacturers, and manage procurement and ongoing supply for series production.
One of the highlights is Beldrive's track-guided industrial truck, which will move around the exhibition stand throughout the trade fair. The vehicle is designed to handle loads of up to 1.5 tonnes, uses two safety laser scanners to monitor its entire surroundings and responds automatically to warning and protective fields. Components include a FMB-24N70.2C-0001 lithium-ion battery pack rated at 24 V and 70.2 Ah from MEAN WELL Europe, as well as the intelligent NPB-1700-24 battery charger from MEAN WELL with an output of up to 1,680 W.
With "findMe" from x-log, we are showcasing a solution that uses modern wireless technology to precisely determine distances and directions. Visitors can see how this works in practice directly at the stand, where a tag enables the distance to the industrial truck to be tracked in real time. The solution uses components including a customized Hammond enclosure, a 7-inch TFT touchscreen, a display controller and power supply components. We offer such customized enclosure modifications as a service for businesses. Available options include milling, drilling and cutouts, as well as coating, printing and engraving.
Another application on display comes from Bymat. The company develops metal marking solutions, among other products, in which various components are precisely matched to one another. The system uses the SPV-300-12 AC/DC industrial power supply from MEAN WELL, the SMMH024240320H-C12 display from Smartwin Electronics and the SLD_C_W_S3_1A controller board from ESoPe. It also incorporates the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8 Wi-Fi/Bluetooth module from Espressif and the KM01-1105-11 connector from Schurter.
In the field of thermal management, we are presenting a range of fan solutions from Sunon. Our portfolio includes noise-optimized models, industrial and high-performance fans, as well as PWM-controlled and fully sealed IP68-rated versions. Visitors can see the waterproof models operating in a water tank.
The ZeroMOUSE AI-powered cat flap demonstrates how electronic components can be turned into a practical everyday solution. It recognizes registered cats by their faces and checks whether they are carrying prey in their mouths. If a mouse, bird or other prey animal is detected, the flap remains closed. The system uses the ESP32-S3-WROOM-1-N16R8 Wi-Fi module from Espressif Systems.
