Restrictions / Terms of use of the Schukat-API

• The API access data may not be passed on to third parties and is valid only for the requesting company and its representatives.

• The number of daily accesses is automatically monitored by Schukat and may be limited. Please discuss the limit with your customer adviser if necessary.

• The data transferred via API may not be passed on to third parties or published.

• The data transmitted via API may not be stored permanently or used to generate statistics.

• No technical details or documentation of the API may be passed on or reproduced without the consent of Schukat.

• The carrying out of load testing or any other measure to influence or damage the API service is not permitted.

• Integration of the API into your own programs requires permission from Schukat.

• Wildcard searches are only permitted after consultation with Schukat.

• In case of suspected abuse, access to the web API may be withdrawn by Schukat without notice.

• The API is a no-cost offer made by Schukat electronic Vertriebs GmbH to its customers. Nothing in these terms of use establishes a partnership, a joint venture, an agency, a franchise, a sales representative, or a contract between the parties.

• Advertising of our interface (e.g. in print or online media) is not permitted without our written consent.
