Working conditions: Only apply at temperatures between +15°C and +25°C.
Personal safety: Preferably, process with gloves. After use, wash hands immediately and thoroughly with soap and water.
Surface requirements: The surface must be dry, clean and free of dust and grease
Preliminary surface treatment: Degrease parts to be bonded with acetone. Roughen smooth surfaces (sandpaper).
Tools: A moist knife to cut off the required amount from the stick
Application: Cut the required quantity from the rod with a damp knife (reinsert foil). Knead with your fingers until a homogeneous colour (dark gray) is obtained. If kneading is difficult, bring the rod at room temperature. Apply within 2 minutes after mixing and put into shape. Cut off excess mass with a knife.
Stains/residue: Remove fingerprints by rubbing with water or a damp cloth before curing starts.
