Product description
  • The RPL-10/20-EVM-1 generates a constant output voltage that can be selected between 1.0V, 1.2V, 1.8V, 2.5V, 3.3V and 5V from a DC input in the range of 2.7 - 16V. It has a maximum continuous output current of 10A/15A*. The switching frequency can be set between 600kHz, 800kHz and 1000kHz in PSM mode or FCCM mode. (*For the load, see the derating diagram of the RPL10/20 module). All functions of the RPL-10/20, such as output voltage selection, mode/frequency selection, control, power good, soft start time, over current protection (OCP), undervoltage lockout (UVLO), trimming and output sampling, can be easily evaluated. Overload or overtemperature behavior can also be easily evaluated before it is installed. The evaluation board also contains the filter components for compliance with EMC class B. To optimize EMC performance according to operating conditions and budget, alternative component positions are included for experimentation.
