Product description
  • The RMOD high-voltage families are integrated DC/DC converters for generating the low-voltage network (12/24 V) from the vehicle's high-voltage traction battery. The devices are extremely robust plug-and-play modules and operate reliably even under the most adverse conditions. The extremely wide input voltage range from 180 V to 950 VDC covers all battery voltages from 250 V to 800 V nominal, which are commonly used in on- and off-highway vehicles. Thanks to its excellent efficiency, the device is extremely compact and can be easily integrated into the vehicle's control network via a CAN interface. The housing is water- and dust-tight, and the device is operated with base plate cooling or water cooling. This solution is ideal for HV battery-powered electric vehicles in “on- and off-highway e-mobility applications” such as material handling, forklifts, golf carts, AGVs, loaders, construction vehicles, airport equipment, people movers, special vehicles, transporters, tractors, etc.
