Product description
  • The RMD300 series chassis-mountable DC/DC converter was developed for rail vehicles and transportation applications and complies with all relevant standards. relevant standards: EN50155, EN50121-3-2, DB-EMV06, EN50124-1, EN50125-1, EN61373 1B, EN62368-1, EN45545-2. The device is designed with 12:1 input voltage range to cover input voltages from 14.4VDC to 170VDC for nominal 24, 36, 48, 72 and 110V in a range with isolated and regulated 24V output and reinforced insulation system. The mounting on a base plate enables a wide operating temperature range for class OT4+ST1&ST2 from -40°C to +85°C without any reduction in performance. Input reverse polarity protection, inrush current limitation, 10 ms bypass time, remote control and output OR diode and an efficiency of up to 94.8 % round off the functionality of this fully rail-compatible plug & play device.
