  • The RIM78-XXX-0.5 series from HN Electronic Components is the modern and energy-efficient alternative to traditional linear voltage regulators. These compact, non-isolated DC/DC step-down converters deliver a stable output of up to 0.5 A, require no heat sink and offer an impressive efficiency of up to 94 per cent. Thanks to their SIL-3-rated plastic housing, electronics built entirely using SMD technology and pin compatibility with LM78XX regulators, these modules are an ideal replacement for inefficient linear solutions – without the need for layout changes. -Up to 6 kV isolation possible -Wide-range inputs -Improved load and mains regulation -Point-of-load architecture supported
