  • The Camtec HSEUiREG models are high-precision laboratory power supplies ‘Made in Germany’. Designed as part of a degree project, these power supplies are intended for use in power supply systems for automated testing. Camtec Power Supplies has been manufacturing high-quality switching power supplies in Germany for over 25 years. A field failure rate of less than 0.004 per cent over a 10-year period confirms our rigorous quality standards. Every Camtec product manufactured undergoes several 100 per cent tests for each individual function and a burn-in test under full load. Although not required by safety standards, our production department subjects every unit manufactured to a routine safety test, even if it is a low-voltage model. The components in the assembled unit undergo voltage ageing to achieve a consistent level and prevent subsequent failures. Our internal product development guidelines set out a clear objective: the reputation of Camtec products must be ‘fit and forget’. For our team, quality is not merely a promise. The HSEUiREG laboratory power supplies are characterised by low noise and low residual ripple, very fast programming and precise regulation under high load cycling. With an efficiency of up to 90%, the units are extremely energy-efficient. Equipped with high-quality capacitors offering outstanding service life, our power supplies guarantee very long and reliable operation. The circuit design of the HSEUiREG series enables it to handle complex loads. The internal protection circuits safeguard the power supply and the connected system even in exceptional circumstances. The HSEUiREG series is protected against high transients by powerful, energy-efficient filters. All inputs and outputs are galvanically isolated. The design specifications meet the highest standards in terms of safety and interference suppression. The unit is designed in accordance with EN61010-1, EN61010-2-201, EN62368-1, EN60950-1 and EMC compliance in accordance with EN55032. The special heat dissipation design allows for easy cooling of the base plate using an optional wall-mounting plate.
